Patrick Milabyo Kyamusugulwa
Patrick graduated in 2014 in Wageningen University (The Netherlands) where he did his PhD studies on community-driven reconstruction in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). He is Professor of Primary Health Care Management at the Institut Supérieur des Techniques Médicales de Bukavu (ISTM-Bukavu), where he has become Director General (Rector) since july 2019 and at the Institut Supérieur de Développement Rural de Bukavu (ISDR-Bukavu). He has published widely on participatory approaches to health, development and reconstruction, and is currently doing research on social accountability, sexual violence, gender, connectivity and mobility of displaced people and on COVID-19 in the DRC.
